In early 2022 Aysia began to dream about what it could look like to begin moving toward a dream she’s had since childhood. Designing and creating has always been at the center of her days. In college she jumped around from considering fashion design school, to signing up for her college’s interior design program, to finally landing in the graphic design major. Her interest in photography allowed her to build a photography business (South of June) at the beginning of her sophomore year up until now, which still thrives.

After years of chasing the freedom that came with having her own business, she decided to step into the curiosity that started it all. She taught herself, in 2022 and early 2023, to sew and began quietly learning to self-draft clothing for herself and her friends. The dream is that Terrajuna would grow into a label that would become Aysia’s full-time endeavor.
